If you missed the meeting at Austin’s, you missed a great meal, and the vote on our new member Nathan Ankerson, he was unanimously approved for membership.

Our Annual Seafood Banquet is our next General Membership meeting, on Thursday April 9th, at the "Kamp"  in River Ridge; 2317 Hickory Ave, 504-737-5267.  Cash bar starts at 5:00 pm, with food rolling out shortly thereafter.  The Meeting will be called to order sometime in between.  This is a great event with plenty of food, including fried oysters, fried fish, oyster stew, potato salad, crawfish and dessert.

Note: members cost is $35.00 - guest cost is $65.00. All payments for functions shall be Cash, Checks, and the new Venmo systems.

As tradition goes, come out to this meeting to see who will be the recipient of the
“Man Of The Year” Shaft award.

Annual Golf Outing:  This event is coming SOON (May 7th) so start thinking about getting your foursomes together. The cost is $140.00 per player, team cost is $560.00. Sponsorship is $150.00.  If you already have your foursome  s together let Alvin Mehrtens, or John McElroy know. We can send you more registration or sponsorship forms, if needed.

Also, remember this Annual Golf Outing is where our club raises our operating revenue for the year and we appreciate the membership's support as they have always done in the past.  If you know anyone or a business that wants to have a sponsorship at the outing, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make sure their name makes it to the banner.  Another way to support the club is to get extra items for our post-golfing auction.  Things like restaurant gift certificates, gift baskets, fishing gear, etc. will help our auction.
